The Tale as old as time continues as Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” introduces an all-new sing-along version. “Beauty and the Beast” is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heard and soul of the true Prince within.
What to Know When Coming to the Show
For a mere $5, kids 12 and under are free, patrons can bring a blanket or chair as the spacious lawn at Booth Amphitheatre is transformed in to an outdoor movie theatre.
A portion of the Movies By Moonlight proceeds will benefit the WakeMed Children’s Hospital.
Movie starts at dusk (approximately 8:30pm) and the gates open at 7pm.
Please no pets are allowed. Patrons are allowed to bring in picnics (including beer and wine) on these special family nights so plan on making “Movies by Moonlight” part of your summer schedule!
