Judy began painting at a very young age. She studied fashion illustration at Virginia Commonwealth University and eventually moved into the fine arts. She has studied in San Francisco, Atlanta, and Charleston. Judy has explored and worked in several mediums including oil, pen and ink, and acrylics. In recent years, she has moved from a more representational style to abstract acrylic painting. Recently, she has attended several workshops with well-known artists to hone her skills and explore various abstract techniques.

Judy’s paintings are a reflection of her inner self and how she sees the world around her. Her inspiration comes from her imagination, which has not limits. Movement, color, and texture are the primary elements in many of her paintings. There is such passion and boldness in strong color and that is what allows Judy to express these elements of her personality. She wants to convey to others the same emotion and spirit that she feels when she paints. Judy has exhibited her work throughout North Carolina in various venues. Her works have also been recently exhibited at Bull City Art in Durham, NC, the Arts of the Albemarle Gallery in Elizabeth City, NC and at the Cary Gallery of Artists.

Judy works out of her home studio in Cary, NC and is available for commissioned work. For more info or to contact her, you can email judywabrahams@gmail.com

Kings of the Highway is a four piece Rock & Blues band that consists of Dan Stipe on lead vocals and guitar, David Bridenbaugh on guitar and vocals, Richard Freeman on drums and vocals and Mike Copeland on bass and vocals. Started in July 2013, they have fun playing great music and deliver classic rock and blues from artists like Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, CCR, The Grateful Dead, The Eagles, Neil Young, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Doors, The Allman Brothers Band, ZZ Top and more. Apparently there is a Pat Benetar set planned specifically for this show!
