- It’s official: the Town of Cary’s Jack Smith Park is open for play! Located at 9725 Penny Road, the Park boasts Cary’s first spray ground and second dog park; the Town’s newest park also includes a children’s play area, a climbing rock, picnic shelters, paved and unpaved trails, and an open lawn area.
